We are currently seeking a qualified Lead Project Engineer to join our team.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation.

Responsible for managing team efforts to achieve development schedule and performance goals within allocated cost and is required to provide technical authority for the assigned program(s).

Overall technical coordination of design and development activities within the engineering functions to ensure that all requirements are addressed

Establish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates, and schedules

Management of the program plan including scope, schedule, cost, technical, resource, and risk management





Manage the product definition process from requirements definition through design, development, validation & verification, and introduction to production

Program tracking and reporting using Project scheduling, reporting, and financial management tools as appropriate

Focal point with all internal departments and potential customer interface The leadership of customer design reviews, technical co-ordination meetings, and engineering reviews with support from appropriate functional groups as required

Support change management including scope, schedule, cost, technical, resource, and risk assessment as well as program change requests Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

Robust engineering experience in leading multidisciplinary teams

Project engineering experience including project planning, change management, earned value reporting, and experience with computer-based scheduling and reporting tools
