We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Technical Lead- Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our marketing technology platforms. In this senior leadership role, you will drive execution, improve user experience, and align technical delivery with business goals ensuring the solutions are secure, scalable, and performant. You’ll act as a hands on technical lead, guiding decisions, supporting the team, and helping evolve our platform capabilities over time.

We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Tech Lead. Please note, this role requires proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360. Drive execution by shaping user experience and aligning technical delivery with business priorities Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud Translate business requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions Provide guidance on design decisions, balancing practicality, performance, and maintainability Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a bridge between business and technical teams Communicate complex technical concepts and platform capabilities in a clear, business-friendly way Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and outcomes throughout delivery Lead or support Agile ceremonies and help remove delivery blockers Ensure high-quality releases through testing, validation, and deployment practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, integration, security) to deliver cohesive solutions Mentor and support developers through code and configuration reviews, knowledge sharing,



and guidance Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and shared ownership Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices including security, data governance, and performance standards Participate in change management (RFCs, CAB) and manage release-related impacts (including Salesforce Trust) support governance and billing oversight Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in tooling, processes, and platform usage Support reduction of technical debt and improvements in testing, monitoring, and reliability Required: Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 Strong understanding of data concepts (segmentation, identity resolution, activation) Solid understanding of integrations, system design, and scalable solution thinking Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to business needs Improved user experience and strong platform adoption Reliable, optimized platform performance with continuous improvement Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 capabilities ~ Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) ~5 - 8+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or CRM/MarTech environments ~ Familiarity with or experience working with Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms,
