• Development, you will support the design and development of custom training content aligned with client needs, Off-the-Shelf (OTS) learning products and other related learning experience products as determined by business needs. You will also facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions in both Virtual and In-Person settings. You’ll partner closely with Learning &
• Development, Executive Coaching, Sales, Product &
• Marketing, and Training Operations teams to support new offerings, streamline workflows, and ensure learning excellence. This role requires a creative learning designer and experienced facilitator with strong project management skills, expertise in adult learning and assessment, and the ability to design engaging, research-backed learning products.
What You’ll Do
Program Design & Innovation
Assist with building net-new scalable content for CultureAlly’s OTS Roadmap
Design learning experiences optimized for delivery via multiple modalities, including e-modules, facilitator-led sessions, pre-recordings, 1:1 coaching sessions, and hybrid formats
Develop assessment frameworks, pre/post-survey templates, and feedback loops to measure learning outcomes and inform continuous improvement
Custom Content Design
Deepen CultureAlly’s expertise in evidence-based program design and assessment by building robust learning evaluation tools, surveys, and facilitator/designer feedback systems
Design and deliver custom content that meets unique client needs across diverse industries including, but not limited to:
public and private healthcare, mental health services, not-for-profit and community organizations, K-12 and higher education, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, SaaS, hospitality, and more.
Own content creation cycles for custom learning experiences, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with learning best practices (approximately 80% of role)
Scale custom design process across the development of training outlines, storyboards for e-modules, training decks, and post-training summary reports Facilitation & Delivery
Support new and expanded revenue streams through high-quality virtual and in-person facilitation
Facilitate half/full-day client workshops with confidence and presence; willingness to travel for in-person delivery
Support the delivery of pre-recorded training as needed Project Management & Collaboration
Demonstrate robust time management, project coordination, and client relationship skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning products
Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain clear documentation, timelines, and communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Executive Coaching, Marketing, Sales, and Training Operations – to support new offerings, strengthen internal workflows, and enhance efficiency across the learning product lifecycle
Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, consistency, and cross-team alignment Reporting, Tools & Data Management
Utilize Asana (or other project management tools) to manage timelines, assignments, and cross-functional visibility
Monitor key operational metrics and escalate issues or risks proactively
Ensure documentation of processes, templates,
and workflows is regularly updated and optimized
Leverage Google Sheets/Excel as needed for project/Roadmap tracking, workback plans, and other data management or reporting You Should Have
3–5+ years of experience in learning design, curriculum development, instructional design, learning experience facilitation or related L&D; roles
Demonstrated experience designing evidence-based learning content for diverse audiences
Strong understanding of adult learning theory, assessment methodologies, and survey design
Exceptional content creation proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint
Strong facilitation skills across virtual, in-person, and pre-recorded formats; comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes, dynamics, and environments (virtual, in-person, hybrid)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning content
High level of project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across multiple departments
Ability to travel for in-person training sessions and team meetings or gatherings
Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet A current Passport for travel
Nice to Have
Bilingual in English/French.
Experience designing content in DEI, workplace culture, trauma-informed practice, or related fields.
Experience or credentials in Executive Coaching
Experience utilizing Articulate Rise or other eLearning development tools.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and workflow efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 CAD
