Inc. seeks a licensed RCIC with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in immigration processes. You will handle diverse applications, manage a high-volume caseload, and ensure compliance with ethics and communication standards. This position is full-time, requiring your expertise at our office location. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit LMIA applications end to end
- Manage various work permit applications, including LMIA-exempt
- Handle temporary resident visas and associated documentation
- Conduct client intake and eligibility assessments
- Advise employers on compliance obligations Requirements:
- Active RCIC license in valuable standing
- 3-5 years of LMIA and visa processing experience
- Strong knowledge of IRPA, IRPR, and IRCC guidelines
- Excellent written and communication skills
