What You'll Do
- Sell and advise clients on Auto, Home and Personal Lines Insurance products.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.




- Convert quality leads into new business opportunities.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize client value.
- Generate additional business through referrals and networking.
- Collaborate with our service team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with RIBO regulations and company standards.

What We're Looking For
- Valid RIBO Licence (Required).
- Experience in insurance, brokerage, insurance sales, or another customer-focused sales role is an asset.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Passion for helping clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
