Join our team as a Life Skills Coach in a group home setting, providing essential support and life skills workshops. Engage with clients to assess needs while fostering development and independence. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience working in office.

You will appraise clients’ needs, implement successful life skills workshops, and supervise clients' activities. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication are crucial for success in this impactful role. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed reports and case histories
- Appraise client needs for services offered
- Implement life skills workshops for clients
- Supervise activities in group homes and half-way houses
- Liaise with families and other social services agencies Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience
- Certification in NVCI, First Aid, and CPR
- Valid driver's license for client transportation
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
