- Greet residents and manage service requests within 24 hours
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacant units
- Assist with minor maintenance and property inspections
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and report deficiencies
- Support HVAC monitoring and contractor oversight Requirements:
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Robust communication and computer skills
