Our ideal nanny is warm, dependable, patient, and experienced with young children, preferably twins or siblings close in age. The role primarily involves caring for the girls throughout the day, preparing their meals, supporting their development through play and age-appropriate activities, following their daily routine, and taking ownership of baby-related chores.
