Description Looking for a locum to cover a maternity leave from 1 February 2027 to 31 July 2027. Panel consists of 900 patients who are well maintained and a lovely population to work with.

This would be perfect for a recent grad or anyone wanting to try out longitudinal care. Family physician seeking maternity leave coverage is happy to give a tour of the clinic, provide support or work alongside the interested physician initially to ensure a smooth transition.

Remuneration: LFP, FFS, 76/24

TLC Medical Clinic – Marine Drive, a newly built and modern clinic in the Sunset neighbourhood, is looking to expand their team. This hybrid walk-in and family practice has nine exam rooms, a physician’s office, and a staff kitchen, with two physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts both virtual and in-person appointments, serving a full-spectrum patient population from various ethnically diverse and socio-economically varied backgrounds.

Depending on the number of providers, 2-4 MOAs will be available to provide excellent support for optimal patient care, with the director of operations also working on site. A dedicated call center handles incoming calls from patients, allowing in-clinic MOAs to work directly and uninterrupted with providers, which helps serve patients more efficiently. The patient population includes working professionals, retirees, families, and individuals from all walks of life, creating a diverse and well-rounded mix of patients.

We offer a full spectrum of family practice care, from pediatrics and maternity to geriatrics and everything in between, with one FP offering virtual mental health counselling and care.

Operating on a 7-day model,



the clinic offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to tailor your hours to fit your personal preferences. As the 9th clinic in the area, it is part of a growing network of diverse providers, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. TLC is happy to support any special interests, specialties, and focus areas that providers may have. At our current locations, we support dermatology, endocrinology, gynecology, and more.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with the ability to extend hours if needed
