You will play a critical role liaising with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with BC Assisted Living regulations, and enhancing resident and family communication.

We are looking for a Health and Wellness Manager, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in assisted living or long-term care, solid knowledge of BC health authority standards, and proven skills in documentation, incident reporting, and staff training

Qualifications:

- Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN - BCCNM (required)

- Minimum 3 years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related seniors' care environment

- Professional fluency in both Korean and English (Asset)

- Familiarity with Community Care & Assisted Living Act and the Assisted Living Regulations along with Fraser Health Authority processes

Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) within the last six months or be willing to obtain one.
