AgeCare in Vancouver is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide goal-directed, patient-focused nursing care to residents in a supportive, person-centered workplace.
Reporting to the Director of Care, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, collaborate with the care team, and lead in infection prevention and quality improvement while upholding ethics and compassion.
