The LPN will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver primary care services across all ages, within their scope of practice, focusing on high-quality, evidence-based care.
Qualifications include CLPNA registration and CPR, 5+ years of nursing experience, and experience in a primary care setting is an asset.
