We’re looking for dependable, hard‑working individuals who are mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and able to troubleshoot and figure things out. Previous experience in a trade, labour, or farm environment is helpful but not essential.

Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms, restaurants, pool facilities, and public areas.

Complete assigned work orders accurately, safely, and within expected timeframes.

Ensure guest room security and respect guest privacy at all times.

Maintain secure and clean indoor and outdoor areas,

including snow and ice removal and hazard identification.

Follow all health and safety policies; report hazards, incidents, or injuries immediately.

Assist with additional tasks as needed to support guest satisfaction and business operations.

Skills and Experience Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve common building and equipment issues.

Willingness to learn basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.

Previous experience in maintenance, construction, trades, labour, farming, or hands‑on work is an asset but not required.

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and figure out next steps when challenges arise.

Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.

Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license (or international equivalent).

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Positive team‑focused attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
