The Maintenance
Technician role on a 12-month contract will report directly to the Community Manager.
Key responsibilities include maintaining gardens, conducting swimming pool tests, and performing preventative upkeep during winter months. You will assist with property improvements and help ensure a safe environment for all community members and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens and landscaped areas during summer months
- Conduct regular swimming pool testing in the community
- Perform workshop upkeep and preventative maintenance during winter
- Assist with property improvements and special projects
- Manage maintenance records related to septic systems Requirements:
- Minimum two years of general maintenance experience
- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean record
- Knowledge of water and wastewater systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including emergencies
