We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dartmouth, NS for a 5-month term (ending on or before December 31, 2026). This is an exciting and challenging position in a growth-oriented organization. What you will do:

- Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware;
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences;




- General maintenance and painting;
- Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;
- All other duties as required.

What you will bring:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Ability to work as part of a team, and also under minimal supervision;
- Effective, proven skills and experience;
- Renovations experience is considered an asset;
- Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is considered an asset;
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
