You’ll work directly with the founder, own client relationships and deliver high-quality accounting and tax services to small and mid-sized businesses.
What you’ll do
Manage and execute compilation engagements
Prepare and review Corporate (T2) and Personal (T1) tax returns
Provide practical tax planning and accounting advice to business owners
Own end-to-end client relationships
Partner closely with the team to improve workflows, systems, and efficiency
People manager of 1-3 senior accountants What You Bring:
Active Canadian CPA designation
3+ years experience at a small or mid-sized accounting firm
Strong experience working directly with business owners and/or startup founders
Solid technical foundation in QBO, corporate tax, and personal tax Who You Are:

Tech-savvy — robust QBO knowledge; interested in automations and workflows
