Role Summary: As the Manager of Product Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. This role requires a balance of leadership, hands-on design expertise, and a deep understanding of both consumer-facing and business-facing healthcare products.
You will lead our product design team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration. Your experience in the healthcare sector will ensure our products meet the high standards of usability, accessibility, and effectiveness required by our users.

Description Key Responsibilities:
- Led and managed the product design team, overseeing all aspects of design work from concept through to implementation.
- Drive the design vision and strategy across our suite of products, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric experience.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product management, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to define product requirements and ensure designs meet customer needs and business goals.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Utilize your hands-on design skills to contribute to projects, demonstrating best practices and leading by example.
- Conduct user research and usability studies, translating insights into design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in healthcare, the marketplace, and SaaS product design, incorporating these into our design practices to keep our products at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role managing product design teams.
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing both consumer-facing and business-facing healthcare products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in product design, including examples of healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and the ability to translate user feedback and research into design decisions.
- Experience working with China-based developer teams
- (Strong plus) Experiences with user research
- (Plus) Basic software engineering know-how
