Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SharePoint Online development team, including mentoring, performance management, capacity planning, and recruitment - The ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands‑on technical contributions and solution design - Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, business-focused SharePoint Online solutions - Own and evolve the organization's SharePoint information architecture, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience - Build strong relationships and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand needs, recommend solutions, and develop the SharePoint roadmap - Establish and maintain development, governance,
