Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members to build a motivated and skilled staff
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and budgeting to optimize store performance and efficiency
- Oversee merchandising strategies, product placement, pricing accuracy, and inventory purchasing
- Implement sales management techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance retail sales performance
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster development and teamwork
- Monitor POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions accuracy and cash handling procedures
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract recent customers and retain existing clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations,



and store procedures including bookkeeping and administrative tasks

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management principles
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, team management, and scheduling
- Proficiency in payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and customer service excellence
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills paired with math aptitude for pricing calculations and inventory management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette along with organizational skills necessary for effective store operations
