Manage a variety of complex assurance projects, including audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures Apply expertise in GAAP, GAAS, and other financial reporting frameworks to evaluate audit risks and guide strategy Supervise, train, and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback to ensure growth and performance Monitor project completion to ensure team productivity, profitability, and adherence to audit objectives Assess findings, classify control deficiencies, and prepare management and governance letters for clients Prepare proposals for new assurance work,
