Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Market Manager to lead our regional operations and drive business growth. This pivotal role involves overseeing market performance, developing new business opportunities, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Duties

- Overall store operations and management
- Recruit and interview new employees
- Train and onboard new employees
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules
- Monitor employee attendance and performance
- Handle customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Supervise store opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory and place supply orders
- Receive deliveries, inspect products, and oversee merchandising
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash reconciliation and daily sales reports
- Communicate and report to the head office
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage delivery schedules
- Coordinate catering orders and schedules




- Coordinate maintenance and repair services for store equipment
- Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Delegate tasks and supervise employees
- Resolve operational issues and make management decisions
- Support front-line operations during peak hours, including cashier and kitchen duties
- Improve operational efficiency and maintain service quality

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or market management roles with a track record of success
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building relationships at all levels
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans
- Prior experience in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus but not required
