Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented, socially fluent Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution, content creation, and social media management across our brands. This is a hands-on role for someone with 1–2 years of experience who's comfortable moving fast, juggling multiple deliverables, and producing polished content with Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across Midea and ProAir.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, tracking engagement and performance.
- Produce and edit visual and video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Assist with marketing materials for events, trade shows, and dealer-facing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep campaigns and content calendars on track.
- Monitor social and campaign performance metrics and flag opportunities for optimization.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Proven social media management experience, including content creation and scheduling.
- Professional working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.
- A proactive, creative mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects end-to-end.
