We're Taktical Digital: a performance marketing agency where the best ideas ship fast. We're looking for a Marketing Engineer. Someone who is part builder, part account owner, all-in on figuring out how AI actually changes the way campaigns work.

This isn't a "prompt LLM and call it strategy" role. You'll design and ship the real thing - AI agents, automations, and integrations that run across our clients' marketing stacks - and you'll own the client relationships those builds serve.

- Have built marketing automations and integrations for real - APIs, webhooks, CRM/martech platforms, the works.
- Have hands-on experience wiring AI into actual workflows: prompt engineering, agent design, LLM APIs.
- Are genuinely comfortable in front of clients - you can scope a need, set expectations, and turn a result into the next win.
- Read campaign data fluently and act on it.
- Know digital marketing well enough that your builds serve outcomes, not just tickets.
