We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Griller/Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with a focus on delivering high-quality grilled dishes. This role involves preparing, cooking, and serving delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of food handling and safety protocols.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Oversee the food preparation process to ensure quality and consistency
- Serve food efficiently to customers while maintaining excellent customer service
- Manage food handling procedures to adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in meal preparation for large orders during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and grilling stations, including proper storage of ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies or ingredients
- Ensure all food served meets health and safety standards

- Proven experience in food service, cooking, or restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, especially grilling methods
- Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
