A Fabricator is responsible for completing the following duties:

- Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies and procedures
- Fabricate parts according to a planned schedule
- Fabricate parts to correct tolerance
- Reading and interpreting blueprint drawings and dimension styles
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards
- Following safe operating procedures for overhead cranes and forklifts
- Update paperwork and reflect any changes
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Ability to read blue prints
- Convert feet to inches and vice versa
- Convert Fractions to Decimals
- Read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” gradations on tape measure
- Knowledge & Experience in the safe operation of Metal Band-saws,



Cutting Tables, Iron-Worker, Pipe-Benders, etc.
