Inthis role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, deboning,portioning, packaging, and displaying a variety of meat products whilemaintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness, and food safety. Youwill provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with productselection, answering questions, and fulfilling special requests. You will help ensure thedepartment clean, organized, fully stocked, and merchandised to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Previousexperience as a Meat Cutter or Butcher is required. We are looking fordependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrateinitiative, and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is eager tolearn, works well in a team environment, and possesses strong problem-solvingskills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Followfood safety standards and protocols
- Safely operate meat grinder, bandsaw, slicers,and knives
- Minimize waste by properly rotating products
- Cut, trim, debone and portion meat to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stockeddepartment





Must Have
- Previous meat cutting experience is required
- Strong knowledge of meat preparation
- Strong attention to detail

Nice to have
- Food Handlers Certification
- Strong product knowledge
- Experience with inventory control and product rotation
- Strong organizational skills
