This full time role emphasizes preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and repairs on advanced machinery. As a Work Equipment Maintainer, you will ensure the reliable operation of essential machinery in the CPKC fleet.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. You will work both independently and within a team to maintain efficiency and safety across operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance on roadway equipment safely
- Repair and inspect machinery for heavy-duty operations
- Use manual, electric, and hydraulic tools for repairs
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate equipment maintenance documentation Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma
- 3+ years of experience in equipment repairs
- Technical education in heavy equipment
