Base Physio + Wellness is looking for a Part-time Medical Office Assistant to join our team.

We are a multi-disciplinary Clinic providing services such as Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and Kinesiology services.

Daily tasks consist of

-Greeting patients

-Answering phone and taking messages

-Booking appointments using JaneApp

-Handling incoming/outgoing emails

-Dealing with ICBC adjusters & Worksafe BC, ICBC, MSP and all third-party billing

-Faxing, scanning and copying

-Assisting with cleaning tables for the next patient

-Cleaning and tidying of the clinic

-Laundry and Folding sheets

We are looking for the ideal candidate with the following requirements:

Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, outgoing, patient, and professional with an outgoing pleasant personality

Have a positive attitude and is a team player

Punctuality is a must.

Office hours

Mon-Fri: 7am-9pm

Sat & Sun: 8am- 3pm





Shift times = We are looking for someone that can work weekday evening, Start time anywhere from 1pm to 3pm. Versatile with starting/end time

Compensation: starting at$18.25 onwards, based on experience
