Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a seamless arrival experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently to optimize clinic flow
- Prepare examination rooms, assist healthcare providers during patient assessments, and handle medical documentation accurately
- Maintain comprehensive patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Support patient care by providing clear instructions, answering questions,



and addressing concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate services

Qualifications

- Prior experience with 3rd Party billing, Universal software and HCAI are highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment
