Castle Downs Family YMCA, Edmonton, AB, is looking for an Experience Associate to create welcoming experiences for members, guests and program participants. You will process memberships, registrations, and support customer inquiries while delivering service with care.
You will spend most time in direct service, assist with tours, registrations and financial assistance, and help with daily branch duties. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
