Amae Health is opening a brand-new clinic in Pasadena. The Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) will support daily member experiences, lead group activities, and help create a welcoming setting.
You will work closely with clinicians and staff to share observations and improve coordinated member care. We seek a people-focused individual who thrives in a multidisciplinary team, is organized, and eager to grow in mental health support and community resources.
