We are looking for a Microsoft specialist to join our team. You will take an active part in the design, implementation and management of varied projects run in parallel, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Exchange, Purview, Defender, etc.), with the possibility of working on Microsoft Azure-related projects. You will also contribute to pre‑sales activities, in support of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions around Microsoft 365
- Manage several projects in parallel, ensuring deadlines, quality and client satisfaction are met
- Deploy, configure and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including identity, security, compliance and collaboration management (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Intune, etc.)
- Take part in migration projects to Microsoft 365 and ensure integration with existing environments
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities: needs qualification, demonstrations, effort estimation and participation in technical proposals
- Collaborate on Microsoft Azure‑related projects (identity management, access security, cloud services) — a solid asset
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for Microsoft 365 environments
- Document architectures, procedures and completed projects
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of io4 Technologies' working methods and service offerings




- Keep up to date with Microsoft 365 and Azure developments and share your knowledge with the team

Who we're looking for:

- A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- Hands‑on, demonstrated experience managing Microsoft 365 solutions
- Experience in a multi‑project environment within an IT services or consulting firm comparable to io4, where several client mandates run simultaneously
- Proven ability to run several projects at once, with discipline and strong prioritization
- Comfort with pre‑sales activities and client interaction
- Microsoft certification, a plus
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written; French required, English an asset
- Autonomy, rigor and the ability to work as a team and interact with clients
- Interpersonal skills and professionalism: strong listening skills and a collaborative spirit
- Curiosity, an innovative mindset and a constant willingness to learn
