Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment
- Adhering to all food safety standards and regulations
- Ensuring that food is cooked and presented according to restaurant standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Communicating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Understanding of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
