Using trauma-informed and culturally safe methods, you will provide empathetic, relationship-based support. Your background will empower you to engage effectively with clients who may have barriers to traditional services. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide trauma-informed support to individuals in need
- Facilitate clients' connections to community resources
- Assist with mental health and addiction challenges
- Operate the mobile outreach unit efficiently
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients Requirements:
- Lived experience with mental health or substance use issues
- Knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed care
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history
