Responsibilities
- Conduct and monitor a Montessori program for young children
- Guide children in all areas of classroom development
- Prepare craft materials and assist children with creative activities
- Support children in developing eating, dressing, and toileting habits
- Assist with snacks, lunches, transitions, rest periods, and housekeeping duties
- Encourage creativity through art, music, lessons, and dramatic play
- Observe children and report progress to supervisors
- Maintain records and participate in staff meetings
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards
