About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Mortgage Agent to join our growing team in Waterloo, Ontario. This is a full time hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their financial situations and guide them toward the most suitable mortgage solutions. You will also build strong relationships with lenders, manage mortgage applications, and stay up to date with market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and mortgage needs
- Analyze applications and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Manage mortgage files from application to closing
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and industry partners




- Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service
- Stay informed on market trends, rates, and lending guidelines

Qualifications

- Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Knowledge of mortgage lending, servicing, and underwriting fundamentals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mortgage software and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a hybrid/independent environment
