- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, providing expert advice and solutions to facilitate sales.
- Utilize dealership experience and automotive repair knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right parts for their motorcycle needs.
- Coordinate with warehouse or maintenance teams to ensure timely inventory updates and availability of parts.
- Implement marketing strategies through online platforms to promote special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience or retail sales background preferred; familiarity with motorcycle or automotive parts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are highly valued).
- Experience with POS systems, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), or similar software is advantageous.
