Drive safety and coordination at Panorama Mountain Village as Mountain Operations Dispatch. Manage incident responses, task deployment, and ensure snow safety while communicating with mountain safety teams and guests. This role focuses on coordinating emergency responses and managing mountain tasks effectively.

You will use Edge Auditor Dispatch software, engage with guests and staff, and ensure that Emergency Response Plans are current. Your expertise in resource management and emergency procedures will support Patrol and Trail Crew initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Document tasks using Edge Auditor Dispatch software
- Communicate with guests and mountain safety agencies
- Make effective decisions on resource management
- Update Emergency Response Plans and Procedural documents
- Conduct weekly checks on medical and rescue equipment Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 80+ hour Outdoor Emergency Care Certificate preferred
- Experience in mountain patrolling at Panorama
- High level of computer literacy
