My wife and I just had a baby girl. She is 3 and a half weeks old. We are both returning to work in 2 weeks. Both of us work shifts and we are looking for a nanny to help us at night so we can get some sleep. Our baby is very calm and mostly sleeps through the night only waking up once or twice to feed.
