Experience and Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within a salon or spa setting
- Proficiency in a wide range of nail services, including classic manicures and pedicures
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, product application, and proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to creating a positive,

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of nail services — including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail art — with precision, creativity, and care
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and needs, offering expert recommendations on services and products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and disinfected
- Stay up to date on current nail trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long‑term loyalty
- Accurately manage appointments, client records, and service details
- Follow all salon policies and procedures, including health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
