The Customs

Specialist position within the Truckload Department focuses on live system management, effective communication, and rapid resolution of operational challenges. You will work Tuesday to Saturday from 5 PM to 2 AM, ensuring that drivers are equipped for success during their routes. Aligning with TransX core values of teamwork and integrity, your contributions will enhance the overall driver experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Update driver PTAs, ETAs, and system statuses
- Dispatch load assignments and ensure confirmations




- Process customs shipments for seamless clearance
- Report live disruptions and service alerts immediately
- Communicate night pass-off to ensure continuity Requirements:
- Preferred education in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Experience in logistics considered a significant advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid multi-tasking abilities in dynamic environments
