Position #: 9007664 Expected Start Date: August 19, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Pasqua Hospital City/Town: Regina Department: Emergency Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 16, 2026 FTE: 0.63 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends, Stat Number of Hours per Rotation: 94.24 hours per 4 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Extended Shift Hours (11.78) Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No : Reporting to the Manager, the Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Health Authority through the provision of secure quality nursing care to clients. The Clinical
Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit.
Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Experience in leadership Five (5) years clinical experience in the specific department/area Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Other specialty certificates related to the clinical program area as required Competencies Critical thinking skills Leadership skills Conflict resolution skills Knowledge and Abilities Judgment to collaboratively plan, implement, & evaluate program dev. activities Expertise in medical nursing, technical skills, and psychosocial aspects of care Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development Ability to foster the skills of other staff members Knowledge in adult education Establish and maintain good communication patterns Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish,
positive interpersonal/consultative relationships In-depth knowledge to assess and manage acute and chronically ill patients Ability to be resourceful Demonstrates ability to accept and implement change Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Ability to facilitate teamwork is essential Ability to do research and apply knowledge related to current best practice Sound clinical judgement skills.
