- Conduct functional assessments for personalized treatment
- Lead and co-facilitate group sessions for wellness management
- Oversee service coordination for 10 ACT clients
- Work with clients in homes and community settings
- Support housing transitions and resolve eviction crises Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Two years’ experience in mental health settings
- Registered with COTBC
- First aid and CPR certification mandatory
