Join The Care Company as an Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant, where you'll support community health in Central Ontario. Focus on client independence with mobility and exercise support. As part of a dedicated rehabilitation team at The Care Company, you will assist clients with their therapy needs in various locations, including Alliston, Newmarket, and surrounding areas.

This position is geared towards individuals dedicated to enabling clients to remain mobile and independent in their homes. Solid communication and the ability to implement OT/PT-directed care are essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Reinforce home exercise programs for client success
- Assist with mobility aid usage and training
- Document observations on client progress
- Support caregivers with guidance on care techniques
- Maintain communication with the therapeutic team Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- OTA/PTA certification from recognized programs
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Previous experience in home care preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid and immunizations Support clients in achieving better health outcomes as an OTA/PTA at The Care Company.
