Metro Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage shift activities, safety, performance, customer relations, and people development. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong leadership, logistics knowledge, and experience with WMS.
You will oversee labour scheduling, KPI tracking, and daily payroll for the shift while maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient distribution setting at our Ottawa facility.
