Independently analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on system behavior and user feedback.
Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Management
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week at your local ATC offices.
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
Minimum of three (3) years of hands‑on experience working with Oracle Cloud PPM support
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi‑national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English‑speaking multi‑national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
