Orders Specialist (E-Commerce & Commercial Accounts)

At Canadian Tire Dartmouth Crossing, our Orders Specialists are the backbone of our rapid-growing eCommerce and commercial business. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that combines order fulfillment, customer service, delivery coordination, and administrative accuracy.

What You’ll Do

- Pick and prepare eCommerce & commercial account orders with a high level of accuracy
- Stage, pack, and ship orders using established processes
- Coordinate and complete local deliveries when required
- Provide front-line customer service for order pickups and inquiries
- Work closely with the retail floor and warehouse teams to locate and verify inventory
- Handle order documentation, invoicing support, and basic accounting tasks (credits, billing checks, account accuracy)
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency while balancing quality and safety
- Support continuous improvement in order flow and fulfillment speed

What You Bring

- Experience in order picking, warehouse, retail, or eCommerce fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic accounting or administrative experience (invoicing, reconciliation, or order accuracy)
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed




- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required for delivery support)
- A team-first mindset with a bias for action and urgency
