The YMCA of the National Capital Region is seeking a Program Lead for our Outdoor Centre to deliver high-quality outdoor education and leadership programming for school, community, and corporate groups. You will coordinate daily operations, schedules, and staff, while fostering secure, engaging experiences in canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, and more.
Applicants should have formal outdoor-related education and related experience, English fluency, and a commitment to YMCA values.
