Join Grampian Medical Emergency Department (GMED) as a part-time Dispatcher, supporting urgent care during night shifts. As a Dispatcher, you will support GMED’s vital urgent care services by coordinating home visits, managing rotas, and facilitating communication among teams.
This position exclusively involves night shifts from 23:45–08:00, enabling you to play a critical role in ensuring timely patient care across the Grampian region. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch clinical resources efficiently
- Manage rotas and support operational coverage
- Communicate effectively with clinicians and external partners
- Handle sensitive information with accuracy
