Care is looking for committed individuals to fulfill the role of Health Care Aide (HCA) on a part time schedule. The HCA will assist residents with personal care, social support, and participation in activities while upholding the values of compassion and respect. Effective communication and cooperation with the care team are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to residents
- Assist in social activities and recreational programs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident information
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team
- Uphold the dignity and individuality of each resident Requirements:
- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate completed
- Enrollment in the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
- 6 months to 1 year experience preferred
- Fluent in English; French is an asset
